CREWimpact implementation
January 2022 marks the successful go-live of the CREWimpact implementation for Crew services (Aberdeen) Ltd, who are the manning agents for North Star, with Joanna Demetriou as the Project Manager from SOFTimpact
North Star founded in 1886, owns and operates the largest wholly UK-owned fleet engaged in the UK’s offshore industry in the North Sea operating 45 vessels with over 1200 seafarers.
The newly implemented solution helps users in managing and analyzing crew management processes (from seafarer hiring to seafarer payroll) while increasing efficiency via automated processes.
The implementation process has been an absolute pleasure for the team as it involved professional, responsive people making the overall coordination and communication fast and fluent.
