SOFTimpact signed a Solution Provider Agreement with Microsoft to provide a vertical solution for the marine industry based on MBS Dynamics AX. By signing the (SPA) Addendum, we are positioned to be an authorized partner for Microsoft Business Solutions ERP software and services. This solution addendum is part of our MBS (SPA). It gives us the right to provide Microsoft Business Solutions- Dynamics AX(former Axapta) licensed software to customers.

SOFTimpact cooperates with HP organizations to deliver BAAN related projects as an HP subcontractor. We do not compete with HP Consulting or any other HP organization in implementing HP technology. Instead, SOFTimpact cooperates in BAAN projects to extend each others knowledge and experience. Miracle Dynamics UK specific Payroll functionality combined with Seaniquetm , SOFTimpact’s Vertical Solution for the Maritime Industry, will deliver a complete Dynamics AX solution that will serve the Crewing (Rostering) and Payroll functions of any maritime company which requires UK specific localization functionality based on the latest legislation changes.
